My massage sessions are tailored to meet each person's unique needs, and include:
Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Neuromuscular, Chair, Geriatric, and Pregnancy massages; along with Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Postural Re-education, Exfoliating Scrubs.
For those desiring deeper, more invasive massage techniques, soreness is to be expected (during & possibly days after the session) as part of the healing process. Included in these sessions are useful self-help measures.
For those desiring a more gentle massage, I provide advanced (non-invasive) techniques including Active Isolated Stretching, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, and Positional Release.
Yes, I do provide proper draping of all clients, and also work on partially or fully clothed clients. Ask me about session details.

I provide private instruction for those wanting to learn how to massage their significant other. I also offer massage certification test reviews, and general tutoring on anatomy, physiology, pathologies, and kinesiology.
